Bottle of TriLiponoThis page will discuss a variety of ways one can best utilize TriLipono® for maximum benefits and results. There are a variety of ways and with thousands of satisfied users, we've had numerous "cycle" options reported back to us for optimal usage.

Please read the below "cycle" information, as we have designed a few to suit your specific needs. IF you are a FIRST TIME user of TriLipono®, it is best advised that like ANY NEW SUPPLEMENT, you first start off at a very low dose the first 3-5 days, simply to see how your body reacts.

What is a "little" for some people, may be a LOT for others and vice/versa. Start low, test only 1 or 2 capsules at a time and if you feel fine, then go ahead and begin using higher recommended dosages found below, so you can see and feel the REAL effects. This is a practice you should use with any new supplement you begin taking.

General DO's & DONT'S

Before we begin with any directions or different "cycle" plans, please follow some of the following simple do's and don'ts:

DO The Following:

It's best to take the supplement on an EMPTY stomach, 30-60 minutes BEFORE a meal and with at least 12-16 oz of water.
» With regards to the above, some people are very sensitive when taking ANY pill (vitamin, medication, supplement, etc.) on an EMPTY stomach and become a little nauseous. If you are one of these individuals, please take TriLipono® with FOOD, at the beginning of your meals (with breakfast or lunch for example). Over time, then you can gradually learn to take it on an empty stomach.
» Legally, we need to advise you to please DO get a check up from your physician before starting any supplement or exercise program. Basically, use some common sense.

DON'T Do The Following:

»
Please don't take TriLipono® with other stimulants, such as products or beverages that contain caffeine or ephedrine. If you are already a heavy coffee drinker, you should consider reducing your daily total cups.
» Don't take it too close to bed time or before sleeping, as it may keep you up and awake or make your sleep restless.
» Don't take more than 2 pills at any one time or during a 3 hours time span and there is no need to exceed 6 total pills daily.

"Cycling" Usage

To prevent adaptation, we believe that it's best to "cycle" this product ... as with ANY product. The body's natural survival mechanism is to adapt to any situation, and nutritional supplementation is not an exception.

So, it's best to use TriLipono® in a "cyclical" manner to maximize effects and reduce costs as well (as you'll see below in the "cycles" section).

If you are NEW to this dietary supplement, please begin your first week (7 days) by taking 1 capsule in the morning, prior to breakfast and 1 capsule six hours later, each time preferably on an empty stomach with 16 oz (2 full cups) of water.

Beginning your SECOND week, you should increase the dosage to 2 capsules, twice daily for a total of 4 capsules daily. For best results, use continuously for a MIMINUM OF 4-6 WEEKS.

Remember, the body can NOT be FORCED into REAL weight loss - especially when it's PURE FAT and not just temporary water and muscle loss. TriLipono re-adjusts and optimizes your fat-burning hormones, so it does take a few weeks to see REAL and PERMANENT results.

With the above "Beginner's Cycle", we are going to assume that you are NEW to TriLipono® or you've NEVER used any metabolic enhancing, fat-burning product in the past. Now, even though TriLipono does NOT contain any caffeine or ephedrine, it will still raise your metabolism and some have very sensitive systems.

So ... with that said, you'll notice why we first start off the week at a very low dosage. Just ONE pill a day for the entire first week.

For most, this is REALLY low ... but, you can never be sure as for some, even one pill is very powerful. So the whole point of this Beginner's Cycle is to start you off low and EASE your body into the fat burning mode.

Slow & Steady ... BE PATIENT!

Results will be a little slower, than when comparing the use of the next (below) advanced cycle, SO BE PATIENT DURING THIS FIRST CYCLE. BUT, it's better to be slow and consistent for LONG-TERM & PERMANENT FAT LOSS.

Don't Forget The "OFF" Week

Once you've finished your 12 weeks, please take off 2 weeks to give your body a break and and "rejuvenate" your receptors again for the next "Advanced Cycle" found below.

SUMMARY: It's a 14 week cycle (12 weeks on/2 weeks off), you start low and pyramid up to a maximum of 4 pills a day, then pyramid back down and cycle off for 2 weeks before going to the next advanced cycle below

The above is the advanced cycle and please only begin using this one AFTER you have first tried the beginner cycle and know how your body reacts OR if you already have experience with other "fat burners" and metabolic enhancers.

With this advanced cycle, we start off at a medium dosage and "pyramid" upwards and max out at 6 pills daily and hold at that max dose for only 2 weeks (extra "jolt" for maximum fat loss) before cycling down and off.

Spread It Out For BETTER Results

We'd like to point out many people have reported BETTER effects by spreading out the pills equally through out the day. For example, if taking 4 pills daily and you wake up at 7 AM, you would take 1 tablet at 7 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM and finally at 5 PM. Or if you are taking 6 pills daily, you might take ONE pills at 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.

This will burn MORE FAT than simply taking 2 pills at once, morning and afternoon ... and it's easier on the body to assimilate.

Granted, the later method is easier to remember and forgetting to take the supplement on a regular basis, is one main reason many people don't see proper results.

So, IF you have the discipline and CAN remember taking the pills 4-6x daily in smaller dosages and WANT extra fat burning, then spread it out for better results!

Be Careful Or You'll Lose TOO MUCH FAT!

Just one word of caution ... some people lose TOO MUCH FAT with the above advanced cycle. So, if you lose too much weight too soon or too fast, please reduce the dosages.

Don't Forget The "OFF" Week

Once you've finished your 14 weeks, please take off 2 weeks to give your body a break and and "rejuvenate" your receptors again for the next cycle. After you have finished this advanced cycle, you can run it over and over again or just experiment with different dosages to see what best suits your needs and goals.

We like to throw in a final cycle option that we call the "No Hassle/Keep It Simple" cycle. Maybe after taking a look at the beginner and/or advanced cycles, you feel that it's just too complicated or you can't keep track of it all and remember all the different dosages. You just want something very simple, basic and EASY TO FOLLOW!

If that's the case, then simply take 2 pills daily - ONE in the morning and ONE in the early afternoon with the weekends OFF - that's it! You'll use up one bottle a month and it's the same every day, week after week, month after month.

The results may be a little slower, but they will still be steady enough that you WILL see and feel results each and every month. Just be patient the first 4-6 weeks.

Caution For FIRST Time Users

Also, if this IS your FIRST TIME taking this powerful supplement, please start with only ONE pill, twice daily the first week and then add in the second pill twice daily beginning the second week once your body has adapted.

Most people fail to see results because they forget to take their dosage or they aren't consistent enough with it and so forth. We DO understand this and if you're one of these people, just use this "No BS" cycle.


Concluding Thoughts ...

Once the above two cycles have finished, most people are fairly happy with their results. Granted, we'll never have that "perfect" body we are looking for. But once the above two cycles have finished, about 83% of our clients go on a "maintenance" dosage - which is the "Option C" above.

This allows you to maintain the fat loss and actually slowly burn off a little bit more over the next few months - but at a more gradual and slower pace. This would be used YEAR ROUND to fight off the usual weight gains we all suffer during fall and winter.

"Magic Pill"? ...

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill in the world that will give us a beautiful, tone, muscular and fit body. You should definitely consider adding in a simple exercise program of both cardio vascular (walking, running, jogging, stairs, etc.) as well as lifting weights to accelerate the fat loss and retain precious muscle.

You don't need to go overboard or every single day for 2 hours at a time. A very simple plan can be 10 minutes of warming up on the bike, followed by 30 minutes of weight training and ending with 20 minutes of intense cardio ... and this can be done only 3x a week (i.e. Monday/Wednesday/Friday) with AMAZING benefits and changes to your body!

That's only 3 total hours a week to take care of your body and mind. You can do it in the morning or afternoon, it doesn't matter as long as you do it. Heck, if you're busy during the week, do it on the weekends and one day during the week (i.e. Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday). It really doesn't matter as long as you put in the TOTAL time each week.

If you're a little tired or worn out from the day, just take 1-2 pills of TriLipono®, with a big glass of water 30-45 minutes before your workout and you'll be full of physical AND mental energy.

You owe it to yourself because you are "stuck" with your body FOREVER! You can't trade it in like an old car. So treat it right and you'll be happy, healthy and beautiful for a very long time.
