The original concept of HFL Solutions had started back in 1992 by Dr. Sam Robbins. The old adage of "you have nothing, if you don't have your health" was made very clear to Sam at an early age, when a close friend of his died of cancer. Even though we live in a world of instant gratification and quick fixes, PREVENTION is a much better goal - it's less painful and far more inexpensive. ... And this is where nutrition, exercise, rest, supplementation and education play such a strong role.
